This century old, 650 square foot home was taken down to the studs and completely reimagined. We moved walls, replaced and added windows, redesigned the kitchen and bathroom, and raised the back floors to improve the flow throughout the house.

With such a small footprint, making the most of every inch was essential. Storage was incorporated throughout, along with new and refinished flooring, lighting and finishes. The renovation extended to the exterior as well, with a new roof, exterior updates, landscaping and garden design.

The result is a small home that feels open, comfortable and much more functional, while still retaining the character that made it special in the first place.
