This five-story Fort Greene brownstone was reimagined to suit the dynamic needs of a vibrant family of four, with a focus on ease, comfort, and smart use of space.

The transformation began in the garden apartment, where an unfinished basement was converted into a multifunctional game room, guest suite, and kids’ hangout space. On the parlor floor, we updated the main living areas to improve flow and functionality, while a full gut renovation of the kitchen created a bright, modern space at the heart of the home.

The second floor was redesigned as a private retreat for the parents, complete with a spacious primary suite, walk-in closet, dedicated office, and a cozy sitting room.
