This full gut renovation transformed a dated 1,500 square foot home into an open, comfortable space designed for both everyday living and a large extended family.

We took the house down to the studs and reworked the entire layout, expanding the kitchen, adding a new bathroom, and replacing all of the windows and doors. Creating better flow and a stronger connection to the outdoors were also important parts of the design.

The finishes, lighting and furnishings were kept warm and simple, creating a home that feels modern and pulled together, but still relaxed enough for a house that is often full of family.
